Our Company sells the product in India only.We deliver the products within gujrat in 2 days.while other states 5 days.Any product damaged during delivery or within 12 days found out some issue on an products.then full amount will be return to an customer. if customer has intentionally damaged the product.then company will not be liable to refund the amount.

Refund for Pay on Delivery Orders:

For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) or Shivaay Cabs account (as Luchipo Pay balance). If you wish to receive the Pay on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account in Your Account section or from the Returns Centre when you are returning an item. Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Luchipo account should match with the name of the bank account holder.
